Living Area Wing
Wood stove and Electric stove
The living area wing is open plan. It comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a wood stove perfect for cold winter days and nights. There is an air conditioner for any very hot days. There is also an electric oven and hotplates and a microwave. There is one large fridge and a smaller ‘drinks’ fridge. The kitchen has an island bench with bar stools, making it easy to socialise with the cook. There is not a dishwasher, so doing the dishes can again be a family activity! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, cutlery and dinnerware.
There are two square dining tables which seat 8 each, or 12 when pushed together. The bifold doors from the dining area open out onto the lawn, bringing the outdoors inside.
There are 3 x three-seater couches. There is a TV (satellite reception only which may be very different to what you may have at home), a DVD player and even an old upright piano!
The barn doors open out onto a rustic deck on which there is a gas BBQ.
There is a carport for one car.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and two single beds. French doors open out onto an open-air seating area which looks out over the valley.
Main Bedroom with Ensuite
The second bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with shower. It also has french doors that open out to the sitting area that is shared with the master bedroom.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has five single beds.
Fourth Bedroom
This smaller bedroom has a single bed.
Fifth Bedroom
This smaller bedroom has a double bed.
Games Room
In the games room, there is a three-seater couch which is a sofa bed (double). There is a 55″ screen TV (no TV reception), DVD player and soundbar, and a bookcase full of books to suit every taste. There is also a games table for playing chess, draughts and backgammon. We also have table tennis outside so think about bringing spare balls!
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has both a bath and a shower. There is a separate toilet.
Laundry
The laundry has a washing machine. There is not a clothes dryer but there are open air and undercover drying areas.
